Uganda Health Marketing Group Ltd. (UHMG) is renting out the entire 2nd floor of its Head office/Complex located on Plot 20-21 & 27-28, Martyrs Crescent in Ntinda just 100M off the Ntinda-Nakawa Road between Capital Shoppers and Stretcher Market. In total, the rentable space measures approx. 600sqmetres.
The offices are executively partitioned with aluminium panels and glazed glass and fitted with internal electricity and internet cabling infrastructure. A kitchen, boardroom and well maintained washrooms as well as vehicle parking spaces and 24hour security are provided. The tenant uses the same main entrances to the premises with UHMG staff but will have an exclusive private access to the 2nd floor.
